    Clean room, quiet area, attentive staff, good breakfast.

    Stingy with towels, left us only one washcloth for 2 people on second night. Lots of observances, but that's really the only complaint.

    The check-in was quick and easy, the room was big, very well furnished and clean. Breakfast was very good.

    The carpet in the hallway needs cleaning. The carpet in the room was clean but had some stains.

    One of the reasons I chose this motel was price and wireless access. However, after numerous attempts by staff to repair modem there was no wireless available.

    Reasonable price and location.

    Housekeeping should do a better job of keeping mildew out of showers. If my wife had been with me, she would have said, "We're not coming back here!"

    Very cheap feeling. Marginal in terms of clenliness. It was very economical but I would rather spend a little more and feel good about where I am staying. I go to Ukiah regurarly but will not stay at that hotel again. I have stayed there twice. I thought I would give them a second chance, but will not give them a third.

    When we arrived to our room, the bathroom was dirty. We turned the bed down and the sheets were dirty. We stayed in this same hotel nine years ago and it was fine, it has become run down and was the worst hotel room I've ever seen.
